Individuals

I offer individual sessions for women through Zoom, providing a convenient and accessible meeting platform. Each session lasts for 60 minutes, and we typically meet once a week. The service is available in both English and Hebrew.

I am currently offering sessions at reduced prices. For more details regarding pricing, don’t hesitate to contact me.

I offer a complimentary introductory session before we begin working together. This session allows us to get acquainted, discuss your needs, explore my services, and determine if we’re a good fit.

The duration of our collaboration typically spans at least 14 weeks. This timeframe allows ample room for developing and integrating new habits and practices. However, depending on your specific challenges, goals, and needs, the process may extend beyond this initial period.

I am committed to conducting “stop and check” sessions with you at predetermined intervals. During these sessions, we will assess our progress and discuss the best course of action.

Organizations, groups, and centers

I design specific programs tailored to organizations’ unique needs and goals. Prices are determined accordingly. I work online and on-site in Berlin, but I’m open to working around Germany and the EU.

Here are some examples of the formats I have developed for organizations:

* Group Online: Participate in 12 one-and-a-half-hour weekly sessions over 12 weeks. You will also receive customized exercises for independent practice between sessions.
* Group Onsite: Engage in 5 sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours, spread over 12 weeks. Like the online option, this includes exercises designed for individual practice between sessions.
* One-on-One: Experience the benefits of 12 one-hour weekly sessions for 12 weeks. This personalized approach includes skill customization to match a person’s personality, lifestyle, and schedule. You’ll also receive exercises for individual practice between sessions.

For the most favorable results, I recommend a three-month duration. Participants can solidify these resilient skills into their daily routines by dedicating time to incorporating new practices throughout the 12 weeks.

My Collaborative Approach: At the beginning of the program, I will interview a representative from the organization to grasp your needs, goals fully, and available resources. Drawing from this insight, I will propose the most suitable strategy for engaging with your organization, group, or individuals.

This ensures your active involvement in the initial design phase. However, as the journey progresses, I won’t burden you with extensive daily commitments. This approach respects your limited time constraints.
