Resource Yourself Throughout Your Healing Journey

“I can’t meet anyone for 4 days after seeing my therapist, as I’m so drained out,” I once heard a trauma survivor say. Another asked, “Does it make sense that I feel so bad between sessions?”

Trauma and therapy often go hand in hand, profoundly improving the lives of survivors. However, as a trauma and resilience specialist in social work, I’ve seen many women struggle with the bravery and tools needed not only for therapy but also for daily life between sessions.

It became clear to me that abundant mental and emotional resources are essential for daily existence and effective therapy. This realization fueled my passion to empower trauma survivors with the tools and resources needed for their healing journey.

I specialize in supporting women healing from trauma by building resilience, finding inner resources, and reclaiming their well-being.

As an embodied facilitator, feminist therapist, and social worker (MSW) specializing in trauma and resilience, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey of healing and transformation.

My work involves two main stages:

First, we treat therapy as a journey requiring special provisions. We focus on resource maintenance, resilience skills, mental fitness habits, and self-care, helping women establish sustainable rejoicing, recharging, and relaxation routines.

I emphasize the fact that trauma is stored in the body and nervous system, draining mental resources and complicating daily life and therapy. I teach tools for nervous system regulation, centering, grounding, and resourcing on the body level.

These tools prepare you for the second stage: feminist therapy. Together, we gradually rebuild safety, control, initiative, autonomy, competence, choice, and support in your daily life.

If you already have a therapist and want to work with me on that first resourcing step, I’m here for you.
