Fostering inclusivity requires equipping women with the proper support

“In the beginning, you’re filled with energy. ‘I can do the job I wanted and change reality for future women in the field,’” said a woman from the tech industry I spoke with. “But after a few years, it’s just doubly exhausting. I have to do my job and be the office’s ‘feminist,’ talking about how conversations are held, credit is given, and tasks are distributed. I want to do my job, but I won’t be treated equally unless I keep on talking.”

In today’s workplaces, women in traditionally male-dominated fields make a daily effort to translate words like “diversity,” “equality,” or “feminism” into reality, reshaping the workplace so they can fulfill their goals and potential.

This means women do double duties (and then come home to more work) but are paid for one role. No wonder they report daily stress, burnout, hindered creativity, and challenges with team relationships. Many women I’ve worked with echoed this sentiment when explaining why they switched jobs or even career fields.

The result? Everyone loses. The women, the workplaces, the field, and society.

After hearing so many women say this, I decided to use my expertise to help them.

If women in the workplace have double the tasks, I’m here to help them recharge and provide resources for that double load.

I equip women with essential mental fitness habits, effective communication skills, and well-being routines that empower them to succeed, thrive, and remain committed. And I do it in a way tailored to women’s needs, challenges, and positions in today’s job market.

With a background in researching the connections between gender, body, and psychology, over a decade of experience in embodied facilitation, and expertise in trauma and resilience, I bring a unique skill set to help women navigate job-related challenges and address specific burnout they may encounter in these roles.

By partnering with me, you gain access to a wealth of knowledge and support specifically tailored to address the unique challenges women face in traditionally male-dominated workplaces.
